This policy is governed by the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and its Executive Regulations.

Name, company name, job title, phone/WhatsApp number, email, trade license, TRN, company address, inquiry/project details, and correspondence records.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Basic website usage data via cookies, and WhatsApp Business message metadata (phone number, profile name, timestamps).

Business-initiated WhatsApp messages are sent only to people who provided their number and clearly agreed to be contacted, identifying the business by name.

Phone number, profile information and message content are stored to respond and keep records. This is subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. No marketing is sent outside the inquiry context without separate opt-in.

5.3 Automation and human escalation

Any automated replies always have a path to a human team member. Automation is never a dead end.

5.4 Opting out

Users can reply “STOP” or tell us directly at any time. Opt-out is honored without affecting any in-progress transaction.
