Galvanized Steel Scaffold Tube Supplier
Galvanized names a family of coating processes, not one of them. Which standard you can cite depends on the route that produced the tube — so the route, the delivered condition and the coupler acceptance are all part of the order.
Galvanized does not identify one scaffold grade, coating standard or load rating. The complete component specification and approved arrangement govern acceptance.
Coating routes
Three routes, three different governing documents
Each row states what the process does to the tube, what it therefore has to evidence, and the action that follows.

What the coating decision does not settle
Three things the coating route leaves open, each with the requirement it puts on the order.
Base material still required
A coating sits on the outside surface. It does not choose the grade, the wall or the tolerances, so the tube requirement is released separately.
Action: State the product standard with its edition, the grade and each dimension with its tolerance basis.
Coated diameter
The coating adds to the outside surface, so the diameter presented to the coupler is the coated one rather than the nominal one.
Action: Confirm the coupler's stated size range against the coated diameter the tube will present.
Delivered condition
Coating is commonly interrupted at the seam, the cut ends and anywhere the tube is handled or cut on site.
Action: Agree the delivered condition and any repair basis before release, not at receiving.
